For minor repairs, we have a team that handles them as needed.

However, we understand that some issues may fall between emergency and minor repairs. To address these concerns, we introduced the Operto app last year. This app allows owners to stay informed of any issues that need attention. Owners can log in to the app and view any maintenance issues. They can filter the issues by month or year to stay up-to-date on the status of the repairs.
