Important Update: Airbnb’s New Fee Structure and Rate Adjustments

Starting October 27, 2025, Airbnb is updating its fee structure. A portion of the service fee that guests previously paid at checkout will now be charged to owners instead. To protect your earnings, we’ll be adjusting Airbnb rates by approximately 10–12% so that your net income remains unchanged. This change will apply automatically through our property management software for all Airbnb bookings.
