Take a load off at this peaceful retreat - in the summertime toast marshmallows in the outdoor firepit and in the winter snuggle up and sip some hot cocoa with your loved ones.  Spend time reconnecting with family and friends, away from the city and near the lake. This comfortable home is equipped to be a perfect backdrop for those small groups of friends and family, or for couples who just want to get away for a few days!

If you want to come to Lake Texoma to boat, swim, or fish, you’re in luck. Not only is this property located near Sander's boat ramp and swimming area, but it is also relatively close (approx. 10-15 min) to Buncombe Creek Marina. Buncombe Creek Marina is a full service marina, offering day-slips and  launch areas. Boats may be rented at Marina Del Rey. Jet Skis may be rented at Texoma Jet Ski Rental. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
