SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH! This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is the great escape you need from that busy life you lead! This home has a large open floor plan to entertain friends and family. With tons of outdoor and indoor activities such as ping pong, Foosball, cornhole, Bocce ball, and more - kids of all ages will have a blast! There's also a firepit! Bring swim clothes & walk to the beach, or launch a boat from Buncombe Creek Marina. Cable is provided for TV, and there is basic Wifi.
Lake home with seasonal lake view from a beautiful deck that is big enough for birthday parties or family reunions. The home is set up for maximum sleeping capacity with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, & 3 dining areas. House features 2 deck areas, electric & water hookups for an RV. No septic hookup. Limited to 12 guests, 6 in beds, 2 on provided air mattress, 2 on couch pull-out. Internet, Roku TV, Movies, Board Games, Cornhole, Large Yard, Outdoor Gas Fireplace, Firepit, Propane Grill & Extra refrigerator outside by grill! Plus, it's only a 5 minute walk to the shore!
This beautiful home is located in Mead, OK, which is between Durant and Kingston. Durant is the perfect large town/small city to be close to with lots to do and plenty of provisions there should be no lack during your stay. Kingston is the tourist attraction for fisherman, but Lake Texoma cuddles up to the back of this property, so if you have a boat you can tie up right behind the house. If you need to rent a boat, you can contact Catfish Bay Marina. Pets must be preapproved and there is a small fee.
