You couldn't ask for a more peaceful location near Lake Texoma. 'Lakefront at Lake Texoma’ is exactly that, just a walk from the house down to the water. The water is a slow sloping grade. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east, a longer walk or shorter drive if you bring your golf cart to this golf cart friendly community. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Come enjoy getting out of the city and swim, fish, and boat with family and friends. Many folks don’t leave the property for their stay, you can sit by the fire and see the lake from the patio.

The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive.  The nearest Walmart is located in Madill.  There are a variety of small town USA restaurants close.    Don’t feel like making breakfast? Stop by the Anchor N Restaurant down by the marina before you hit the water.  Want to enjoy one of the best burgers around? Stop by the Wright's in Kingston.  Don’t feel like cooking after a day at the lake? Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
