It offers durable wood tile floors downstairs and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Come enjoy getting out of the city and swim, fish, and boat with family and friends. 

The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive.  The nearest Walmart is located in Madill.  There are a variety of small town USA restaurants close.   Don’t feel like making breakfast? Stop by the Anchor N Restaurant down by the marina before you hit the water.  Want to enjoy one of the best burgers around? Stop by the Burger Shoppe in Kingston.  Don’t feel like cooking after a day at the lake? Enjoy Gringo’s Mexican Food and grab an ice cold drink. Don’t worry; we e-mail you all the details you need before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
