Coffee: There is a regular drip coffee pot which has a mesh basket, so filters are not required. Please bring condiments and coffee of choice.

Propane Tank: Not guaranteed to be full upon arrival. If needed during your stay, please text a picture of the purchase receipt and we will gladly reimburse you.

Also located near the home are Little Mineral Marina & Lighthouse Marina. Little Mineral Marina is a full-service marina, offering day-slips and launch areas. Boats, pontoons & kayaks may be rented at Lighthouse Marina. Jet Skis may be rented at Anchor Up Jet Ski Rental.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
