The large kitchen provides top of line appliances including a large refrigerator, double wall oven, stovetop, large built-in griddle, microwave, dishwasher, 2-slot toaster, coffee pot & a Keurig. Plus, coffee, K-cups, creamer, and sugar are provided! (2nd fridge located in garage and ice maker is provided in the foyer/juice bar area)

The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive. The nearest Walmart is located in Madill. There are a variety of small town USA restaurants near. Don't feel like making breakfast? Enjoy the small town cafe style restaurant at Buncombe Creek Marina. Want to enjoy one of the best burgers around? Stop by Wright's Drive-in in Kingston. Don't feel like cooking after a day at the lake? Enjoy Mata's Lunchbox Mexican Food just down the way!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
