LAKEFRONT ON TEXOMA! Wooded property that is adjacent to Corps Of Engineers land. Take a kayak and a paddle board on a short walk to the water and sandy beach areas. - Outside quiet hours should be observed starting at 10PM, Sunday through Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. This includes balconies and the driveway.

The nearest grocery store is Brookshire’s about 15 minutes away in Pottsboro, TX.  There are a variety of small town USA restaurants near. Don’t feel like making breakfast? Enjoy the small town USA feeling of Mom’s Cafe. Don’t feel like cooking after a day at the lake? Enjoy Napoli's Pizza or Bay at the Lake just down the road.
