Located near Sanders Island View, this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect oasis for a small group of friends and family, a well-earned couple's retreat, or a fisherman's get together! Relax at the house with board games, including a nice Chess table, or challenge your friends to a game on our 9ft shuffleboard table. You can also go outside to enjoy some cornhole, horseshoes, or the firepit and charcoal grill. If it’s water you love, Lake Texoma is just a few blocks away with areas for swimming, launching, and fishing. At the house, you can park approximately 5 cars, and a boat!

This comfortable home is equipped to be a perfect backdrop for those small groups of friends and family, or for couples who just want to get away for a few days!

If you want to come to Lake Texoma to boat, swim, or fish, you’re in luck. Not only is this property located near Sander's boat ramp and swimming area, but it is also relatively close (approx. 10-15 min) to Buncombe Creek Marina. Buncombe Creek Marina is a full service marina, offering day-slips and  launch areas. Boats may be rented at Marina Del Rey. Jet Skis may be rented at Texoma Jet Ski Rental.
