Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east.  Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Buncombe creek marina is about 10 minutes away if you need a day slip. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Enjoy getting out of the city for week or a weekend!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $45.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
